The subject of the bachelor thesis is to propose an internal regulation for evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company FAKSA-STRAKA, Ltd. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic concepts closely related to evaluation and rewarding of employees. In the practical part, the analysis of the current state of the abovementioned company is elaborated, then there is research which is made by means of a questionnaire survey.

The practical part shows an analysis of the current situation in the field of employee motivation and appraisal at Zebra Technologies. The aim of the thesis is to propose appropriate changes based on the theoretical knowledge and the survey results. These changes shall lead to increasing employee motivation and shall help improve non-financial employee appraisal system. The thesis was processed for the local HR department and will be used as a groundwork for possible changes at the branch in the Czech Republic.

Subject matter of my bachelor´s work is ,, Proposal of System of Employees Evaluation.“ Sufficiently motivateted employees can raise the standard of companies and improve their market position. Just for i tis investment in human capital one of the most important step, how to reach for competitive advantage. The practical part of this work contain a research. The main instruments used during this research are questionnaire and interview with a manager of the company. I decomposed the employee appraisal after the research work and I suggested the solution of the new system of remuneration. I attended to employee motivation and remuneration in the desk study. The objective of this work was to analyze and suggest more effective metod of employee appraisal.

The master thesis is focused on the proposal of the motivation system in chosen company. Thesis has theoretical basis which discuss the motivation and its impact on employees. The current motivation system is analyzed and problematic areas identified by using the questionnaire research and interviews with key employees. Based on identified weaknesses of the current motivation system are recommended steps for improvement of motivation system and high satisfaction of employees in the company.
